important milestones
Our mission is simple: to advance spine care. Every patient is unique, thus requiring a custom-tailored surgical plan along with the latest technology and implants designed to perfectly fit each patient’s individual condition. Below you will find a timeline of recent milestones that depict the breadth and depth of cutting edge surgeries that Dr. Vira performs.

Using the latest computer navigation and robotic technology to optimize each patient's surgery, Dr. Vira believes that precision with automation is the way of the future.

For patients who have a disk herniation in the neck, it is possible that a fusion is not necessary. Dr. Vira uses the latest cervical disk replacement technologies to preserve motion when it isn't necessary to perform a fusion operation.

For cancer patients, traditional metal screws create scatter and obscure some of the postoperative radiation that is done after spine surgery. Carbon fiber screws have the potential to reduce artifact / scatter and improve postoperative tumor visualization.
we will Work together to develop a Plan that's right for you
